Magic Kaito

I really do adore this detective (okay, so I love detectives in general, but he's a favorite). I prefer him gay if you're going to be shippy, with Kaito or Shinichi or even Heiji (or any combo there of, should you feel like tossing DC characters in there), or an OC even. I'd love a story where Hakuba figures out about the evil group after Kaito and decides to help, or a romance, or a casefic. There's a lot of variety in how people characterize his back story, since we aren't given much in canon, but I rather like him to have had friends and a social life back in England. I have a headcanon that he's actually already taken his A level exams (a year early, given he's a genius), and that's why he starts the year late in Japan.

I adore crossovers, especially detective team-up crossovers. If it's British and a detective mystery available on Netflix, Acorn, or Britbox, I have likely seen it--or will watch it for this. The only detectives I don't care for are ones that completely lose their way morally (Marcella, Luthor, The Level such like). Given the shared magic/illusionist thing, as cross between Jonathan Creek and Magic Kaito would be certainly a thing I'd love--either with Hakuba back in England and running across Jonathan and Adam (with or without Kaito), or Adam and Jonathan preforming in Japan during some point before Jonathan leaves the business.

I've always loved this video! I feel like there's a whole lot of story packed into a 5 minute video here. What is the glowing ball of light? Where did the floating platform come from? What else goes on during this journey to chase it? Tell me more about these musicians!

Jonathan gets to involved in some of the oddest murders! I rather adore him in all his oddness. His relationship with Adam is pretty hilarious too. I'd love casefic, or mad adventure, or even just Jonathan snarking at everyone and everything. I prefer the earlier seasons to the most recent one, with Jonathan more on the misanthropic end of things. I am not very fond of Polly.
